Estuvimos en casa velas hace un mes y de verdad muchas felicidades, la amabilidad de cada persona desde el jardinero, el botones, os del restaurante, recepción, spa, todos siempre con una sonrisa para dar. De verdad Muchas Gracias porque sin darse cuenta ayudan y mucho.

Wow... Casa Velas Boutique it is great and unique. We loved it. I saw the pictures and I like the place but when I got there, it was way more better of what I was expecting. The personal were waiting for me. They treat us like a king. Everything was so clean and beautiful. The hotel is surrounded by a golf course which it makes it even better because it gives you the feeling of peace, nature and it is romantic. Very relaxing, tropical and beautiful. The rooms are excellent. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Wanted to take it home. The service is the best and the food is great. Also, There is a very nice and funny guy who works there called Benigno who makes the best pinacoladas ever! If you go there, he is the guy for pinacoladas. I went there with my girlfriend and we had a unique and unforgettable time at the hotel. We loved it and we will love to go back again soon. We recommend this to any one.

We stayed at Casa Velas for 2 weeks and had a fantastic holiday. All of the staff were extremely helpful, the grounds were immaculate and the suite huge. The food here and at it's beach club was of a consistently high standard. There was no pressure to purchase time share from anyone. We would recommend Casa Velas to anyone looking for a relaxing break with no children around

We had the most relaxing quiet and private time in Casa Velas, The room was superb, we thoroughly enjoyed the Jacuzzi not to mention the delicious food we were hooked on room-service!! Totally awesome!!!

This hotel exceeded all expectations. I agree with the other comment - will only stay at Casa Velas when returning to Puerto Vallarta!

The facilities and service were amazing. I've never stayed at a hotel with better service. The beach club is quite perfect and if I come again I would only stay in Casa Velas.

I thought that this hotel is the perfect place for a runaway with your loved one. The room is expectacular, it has a jacuzzi, a big closet, t.v, a balcony where you can see a wonderful view of the pool and the palm trees, the bed is nice and comfortable, the room is spacious, it was just great. Maybe next year I'll go again.
