Cancellation Policy for Golf

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received via Fax or e-mail in our office during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Central Standard Time, GMT-06:00. If a refund is due according to our reservation and cancellation policies, the credit card used to make the reservation will be refunded with the corresponding amount.

If you cancel 36 hours or more before your confirmed Tee Time, you will receive your refund, less your credit card administration fee: 5% for Visa or MasterCard and 6% for American Express.
If you cancel 35 hours or less prior to your Tee Time it will be deemed a "No Show". There is no refund for a "No Show”.
- All discounted tee times, including “Our price” and percentage discounts, are non-refundable.
- Golf packages are non-refundable and course substitutions are not permitted.
- Tee Times may be rescheduled subject to availability at that golf course.
Your reservation will not be guaranteed until you have received your official confirmation from Vallarta Online.com; this will be sent at the email address you provided.
If you begin your golf game and get "rained out", the golf club will not reschedule your round of golf nor refund your money. If you have reason to believe this may occur, you should reschedule your golf game before you Tee Off.
Please be at the golf course 15 minutes before your Tee Time. If you are late for your Tee Time, the course will not reschedule your game and your green fee will be forfeited.
