Deposit Policy for Hotels
A 10% deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the balance payable no later than 28 days prior to your arrival, with the following exceptions listed below:

  • All reservations for four (4) nights or less will be charged a deposit of 100%.
  • All reservations for less than $500 US will be charged a deposit of 100%
  • All reservations with promotions (i.e. free nights, children free) will be charged a deposit of 100%
  • All the following “peak period” reservations for lodging during holidays and winter months will require 100% payment in full at the time of reservation:
    • The weeks including Christmas & New Years, Easter, and Thanksgiving
    • The months of February, March, and April
    • Mexican national holidays


Deposit Policy for Condos/Bed & Breakfasts/Private Rentals

  • A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation with the balance payable a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival.
  • All reservations for four (4) nights or less will be charged a deposit of 100%.
  • All reservations for less than $500 US will be charged a deposit of 100%.
  • All reservations with promotions (i.e. free nights, children free) will be charged a deposit of 100%.
  • All the following “peak period” reservations for lodging during holidays and winter months will require 100% payment in full at the time of reservation:
    • The weeks including Christmas & New Years, Easter, and Thanksgiving
    • The months of February, March, and April
    • Mexican national holidays


Deposits for Tours and Golfing

  • All tours and golfing green fees must be paid for in full at time of reservation.
